Support & FAQ
Everything you need to know before, during, and after your session. Can't find your answer? We're always a call or message away.
Booking & Scheduling
You can book by calling us directly, sending an email, or using the contact form on our Contacts page. We'll confirm availability and send you a session agreement before your date.
We recommend booking at least one week in advance for recording sessions and 48 hours for rehearsal rooms. Peak times (weekends and evenings) fill up fast, so earlier is always better.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your session receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged the full session rate.
Yes — contact us at least 24 hours before your session and we'll do our best to find a new time that works. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Studio Sessions
Bring your instruments, any reference tracks you'd like us to hear, and your session notes or charts. For vocalists, bring water and avoid dairy before your session. We provide all cables, stands, and studio gear.
Yes — all recording sessions include one of our experienced staff engineers. If you have a preferred outside engineer, they're welcome to work in our rooms; just let us know in advance.
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your producer, bandmates, and a small number of guests. Please let us know how many people to expect so we can accommodate everyone comfortably.
We deliver your session files via secure download link within 24–48 hours of your session. Files are provided as high-resolution WAV or AIFF. We retain your session data for 30 days.
Mastering & Mixing
Send us your mix as a 24-bit WAV or AIFF at the original sample rate (44.1 kHz or higher). Leave at least 3–6 dB of headroom — do not apply limiting or heavy compression to the master bus before sending.
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days per project. Rush delivery (24–48 hours) is available for an additional fee. We'll confirm the timeline when you submit your files.
Yes — every mastering project includes one free revision round. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate. We encourage you to provide detailed feedback so we can nail it on the first pass.
Rehearsal Rooms
Our rehearsal rooms are equipped with drum kits, bass and guitar amplifiers, a PA system, and monitoring. A full backline list is available on request — contact us before your session to confirm what's in the room.
Rehearsal rooms are available in two-hour minimum blocks. Day rates are available for longer sessions and offer significant savings over hourly pricing.
