Since 1997, Phun City Sound has been providing services to assist local musicians, collectors and libraries to digitize analog audio archives and make them accessible electronically.

Mixing
Mixing is available combining ProTools and the popular Yamaha 4416 digital console with a variety of outboard gear. Project Studio premixes as well as live on location can be tranfered and sweetened in your choice of resolutions or with the softer effect of our Otari analog 1/2" recorders.

Location Recording
Location recording includes concert or session recording using high resolution digital formats including 16bit or 24 bit with the Yamaha 4416 digital recording system with 44.1 kHz sampling rate.

CD Copies for Press, Promotion, Limited Edition Releases
We offer quick turnaround, short-run CD duplication, including color printed CD faces. As with all Phuncity work, we use the most reliable media available.

Design

The PCS Studio has been designed for ease of access to get you and your equipment in and out easily. Instruments such as Piano, Guitar, Bass and Drums are available in the climate-controlled room and are ready for your use when needed. We try to make your time as productive as possible and free from set up time as can be afforded considering the dependence on personal equipment. From the moment you arrive every attention will be made available to understand and meet your needs.
